1. Do you deliver to the UK?

 

 

Postage £3.99 or free delivery for all purchases over £100, delivered via Royal mail 1st class where possible.

 

 

Free local delivery within 5 miles of Lyndhurst, click & collect available.

 

 

2. How do I process a return?

 

 

Free returns to the shop or via post (postage paid by customer).

 

 

A copy of a valid receipt needed for all returns.

 

 

3. What is the returns policy?

 

 

Returns are accepted with an original receipt on full priced items up to 14 days after purchase, all sale items are only accepted within 7 days after purchase and are for exchange or gift card only. All returns should be unused, undamaged and in the original packaging.

 

 

4. What if I have a faulty item?

 

 

All faulty items should be returned (or email a picture if not possible to return), these will be subject to a full refund unless it is because of fair wear and tear.
