RETURNS POLICY

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your parcel to return any item. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Simply fill in the returns form that was included in your parcel, please state the reason for return clearly on the form and send it back to us at:

Sofikas 65a High Street, Lyndhurst, Hants, SO43 7BE.

Remember to get a receipt for ‘proof of postage’ for the return parcel as we cannot be held responsible for any parcels that fail to be delivered.

Alternatively feel free to return any items directly to the shop.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon receipt of delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, faults do occur occasionally so if you believe an item to be faulty please email sofikas@btconnect.com or call 02380 282571 and we will advise on what to do next.

Please note we are not able to refund postage costs incurred unless you contact us in advance.


Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift vouchers.

Sale items are non-refundable but can be exchanged for a credit note.


Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
